Motor Valley Fest 2019

The Motor Valley Fest took place in Modena from 16 to 19 May, an event that involved the main car and motorcycle manufacturers of the international market based in Emilia Romagna, including Dallara, Ducati, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Pagani Automobiles.

Among the 800 people who filled the stalls and boxes of the Luciano Pavarotti Municipal Theater to attend the inaugural round table of the Motor Valley, there were also members of our team who were able to attend a debate about the potential of the electric.
Its introduction, as underlined by Gianluca Pellegrini, director of Quattro Ruote, will change the strategic balance on an international level with the advent of new actors on the scene.
However, this revolution will not have a linear development, also due to political choices that impose technological solutions whose popular acceptance is to be verified.
For this reason Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini Spa, reiterated the need to find the right balance to ensure that the transformation process does not affect the part of emotion that the car brings to the customer.
For its part, Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati Motor Holding Spa, underlined how important it will be to accompany a reduction in the production of energy from non-renewable sources to the introduction of electric cars and motorbikes so that it can have a significant impact on the environment.

At the Innovation & Talents area in the Open Laboratory inside the former AEM Central, our team was present with the Audace LC and the Alpha Leonis, which captured the attention of the 3000 insiders who visited the area between Thursday 16 and Friday 17.
14 universities, 30 startups and 14 companies, partners and sponsors of Motor Valley Fest were hosted in these stands. Over 600 students, however, from technical institutes, universities and masters who took part in the talents talks on the future of the automotive sector within the open laboratory.
Once again our team had the opportunity to attend an event of great local and national importance, demonstrating solid roots in the territory in which it is located and great attention to issues that can bring innovation through the comparison with different realities from which to draw inspiration for significant reflection.
All that remains is to give us an appointment next year!
