UniBo Motorsport and SICK: New Collaboration

UniBo Motorsport and SICK: New Collaboration

UniBo Motorsport, the racing team of the University of Bologna, is thrilled to announce a new collaboration with SICK, a global leader in the provision of intelligent sensors and solutions for industrial automation.

This strategic partnership represents a significant step forward for both organizations. SICK has always recognized the potential of the Bologna team, even before our collaboration began. For this reason, the partnership has been officially established, initiating comprehensive and continuous support for the team.

In particular, SICK assumes the role of Platinum partner for Athena, the new electric-powered vehicle of UniBo Motorsport, which recently secured first place in the Formula Student Spain competition. This collaboration confirms SICK’s commitment and essential contribution to the development and performance of the vehicle.

UniBo Motorsport expresses its gratitude to SICK for this extraordinary opportunity, which will allow us to further enhance our technical and competitive capabilities thanks to the support and innovative solutions offered.

SICK, with its long history of innovation and technological excellence, will not only provide UniBo Motorsport with high-quality products but will also ensure extensive technical support. This will include the supply of cutting-edge sensors, which will play a crucial role in improving the performance and safety of our vehicles.

We are proud to be supported by a world-class company like SICK and look forward to seeing the results of this collaboration.
